How much does shipping cost in the US?
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $24.99. For your convenience, we insure all shipments at no additional cost.
How long does it take to ship an order?
In most cases, orders are shipped within 2 business days after an order has been received, excluding company holidays. Any orders that are placed over the weekend or on a company holiday will be processed within 2 business days upon return to be shipped. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
Will my order arrive in multiple shipments?
If items do not all fit in one box or the items are coming from multiple locations, your order will arrive in different boxes. In these instances, your items may be delivered at different times. You will not incur any additional fees if your order is shipped in multiple boxes and you will still receive a tracking number via email for each box in your order.
Are you able to ship to P.O. Boxes?
At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
How long will it take to receive my order?

We happily offer shipping throughout the United States. No weekend or holiday delivery is available for any order.

Shipments to the contiguous United States generally take 3-7 business days for delivery after your order has been shipped.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii usually arrive 10-15 business days after the order has been shipped.

Shipments to APO and FPO addresses may take up to 30 business days for the shipment to arrive.

At this time, we are unable to ship to US territories and international locations.

How can I track my order?

Orders that are shipped via UPS come with a UPS tracking number that can be found in the order confirmation email we send once your order has been shipped. Use that number on the UPS website to track the status of your order online. It can take up to 24 hours for your order’s tracking information to appear on the UPS website.

The number can be used on the USPS website to check the status of your order online. It can take up to 24 hours for your order’s tracking information to appear on the USPS website.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to ship to addresses within the United States.


How do I change my order information?
If something has come up and you need to change your order, please contact our customer service team immediately and we’ll make those changes for you.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your purchase within 100 days for a full refund plus the applicable sales tax paid. Face masks cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons.
When can I expect to receive my refund after I make a return?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return has been received. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
What is your exchange policy?
Any item that arrives defective or damaged can be exchanged for the same item. Send us an email at and a member of our team will be in contact with you to assist with the return process.


Do you offer a military discount?

We have partnered with GovX to offer a discount for military and government personnel. You will need to have a GovX ID account to verify your eligibility. After you verify, you'll receive a single-use discount code to apply at checkout. You may use one discount code per day.

This discount will apply to:
